Hello! My name is Mandy. I have owned dogs my entire life. I've lived with a variety of breeds from Labrador and Dachshund to miniature Poodle, Golden Retriever and Golden Doodle. I have loved every one of them! I knew quite young that I would always want the companionship, comfort and joy that owning a dog brings.

  Life is just better that way!   

I fell in love with the Bernedoodle about 10 years ago. I researched the breed and began to follow local breeders as well as some from out of state to learn everything I could about them. After about five years an opportunity arose to  purchase Maple. By this point I had a number of years under my belt of learning to know exactly what I wanted in size, color, temperament and life style. Then the opportunity to purchase Anna came and we jumped on it as well! Our life with Maple and Anna is quite literally a dream come true. A dream that took time, patience and a great deal of  groundwork. I can truly say that I have found my breed! They are everything I and my family have ever hoped for and mountains more! First and foremost we purchased Anna and Maple as our family pets. Breeding was something we've always wanted to undertake, but we felt strongly that all good things come from good beginnings. So we began with our healthy dream family dogs. Though our experience with other dogs has been wonderful, we have never been so utterly attached to a breed of dog the way we are to the Bernedoodle. The level of joy they have brought to our family is immense. They have provided much that we anticipated in companionship and fun. But I don't think any of us, even as prior dog owners, anticipated the level of bonding, joy and literal therapy that they would bring into our lives. It has been a gift to experience life with these two goofy, adorable, restorative animals who at times surprise each of us with their knowing behaviors.  

From watching, learning and discussing with breeders and vets over an extended period of time, I settled on how I wanted to go about breeding and developing a program. Maple and Anna have always been our first priority because it all started with them. From there, we have done careful OFA and genetic health testing with our dogs in preparation for choosing our Mama's and searching out our Sire's . The Bernese Mountain Dog and the Poodle really are the optimal blend. An ideal combination!
