Ball Pit Feeding
A super fun game that is also mentally stimulating is to use a large plastic container (low sides, easy to step in to) or kiddy pool, and fill it with little plastic balls or empty plastic water bottles. then pour your puppy's kibble into the container and watch your puppy have fun hunting for, finding and eating their kibble!!
Muffin Tin Game
Use a basic muffin tin. Put a treat in the bottom of each muffin form and then cover it with a ball or toy that is relatively easy for your puppy to move depending on age. Then get the puppy interested by helping them see that there is a treat under the toys/balls and leave them to it! You can also feed them this way.
Rolled Up Towel Game
Use some dollar store hand towels and lay them out flat. Place the puppy's kibble or treats all over in the towel. Then roll the towel up and give it to your puppy. A simple game for them to figure out how to unroll the towel to find their treat. For a more advanced puppy or dog you can do multiple towels and put them in a box so the dog has to pull the towel out of the box and then unroll it to get the treat!
The Cup Game
Use plastic cups or inexpesive cups (don't let the puppy chew them) and place them on the floor face down with a treat underneath them. Help your puppy see that if they tip over the cup, they can find their kibble/treat!!
